The Arbitration Law Blog is an effort of SEAL to bring to you the discussions happening in the Society and also the views of young authors who find their interest in arbitration law.
This blog particularly aims to inculcate a culture of creating a “dialogue” between the blog posts through comments and cross-references in related blogs.
Our focus is traditional — the significant arbitral awards, the recent developments, the upcoming events, — but our format is new.
Of course, we welcome you as a faithful reader, but we also welcome your comments. The blog format provides an opportunity for everyone to participate, but comments must be made professionally. We also will be inviting guest bloggers to contribute from time to time.
